Refund Policy

This page summarizes how refunds work for Link2Me paid subscriptions. The authoritative version of this policy is part of our Terms of Service; if this summary and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access to paid features until then. Except as set out below or where required by law, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play

Refunds for subscriptions purchased inside the Link2Me app are governed by the refund policies of the respective store. Please submit refund requests directly to Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

Other refund requests

Except as set out above or where required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We review other refund requests case by case. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you can still cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

Unrecognized charges

If you don't recognize a payment or want to dispute a charge, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer, so we can resolve the issue for you.
